Does anyone have good literature about suicide intervention for young children?

I need reading recommendations regarding suicide in primary (K-2) grade children. Most of what I have is geared towards middle and high schoolers. If you have any books or articles about it, especially crisis intervention geared towards that developmental level written for teachers, please send word my way.
